How do I get the client?

If you do not have the Citrix client installed on your Windows PC, click on the following link to install the latest version of the ICA Client for Windows.  The file is 5.92 MB in size, so it could take a while to download depending on your connection speed.  As an alternative for users using a Windows OS prior to Vista  and a slower connection, you can use the v9 client here.

For information about the Mac client and installation, go to the Citrix site.  Because the hospital does not use Apple Computers internally, there is very limited support that we can provide for them.  Please make sure that you have a good backup of your system before installing this client.

Contact the CRH Help Desk at x4361 and report any problems you are experiencing.  If you run into issues after hours, on weekends or holidays, please contact the Nursing Supervisor who will contact the I.S. Call Person.
